相信很多朋友在转移国内域名到国外，需要转移码的时候总是会遭到国内注册商的刁难，总是有各种条件，要么给钱，要么给你拖，刚刚看到一朋友的方法，5天内国内注册商会乖乖的把转移码给你，最重要是免费的，没有任何条件的。

1.登录http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi

2.选择最后一个Transfer Problems。

3.在空白处写上以下内容并提交

Dear ICANN:
I got a problem while I was trying to transfer my domain name domain.com（改成你的域名） who asked me to pay an unreasonable handlingfee .
As far as I know transfer of domain name is not required to pay any fees however the company kept asking me to pay that fee or mydomain name will be trapped in their company which seemed a cheating company.
I therefore seek your help for the issue. Thanks.

4.不久就会收到ICANN的邮件

注意一点：在投诉的时候填写的邮箱必须是你要转移出的域名的whois邮箱

5.等不了多久就会收到国内注册商发来的转移码了

我们都知道国外域名商之间转移域名都是免费的，一般情况下，转移码都是自己在后台获取的，但是国内注册商太黑心了，欺负国人英文不行，或者不知道怎么投诉，故意设置各种障碍，大家以后碰到这种就直接投诉。
